Job summary

The Eaton Senior Key Account Manager will lead strategic partnerships with global OEMs, focusing on the PMCC portfolio for data center cooling systems. You will drive long-term value, engage across sales, product management, engineering and operations, and mentor local account managers to raise performance.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of experience in B2B sales and key account management.
• Direct experience in Data Center cooling systems is required.
• Proven ability to sell complex engineered solutions to OEMs.
• Strong technical background to collaborate with engineering teams.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic global OEM accounts, driving long-term growth.
• Translate customer needs into tailored Eaton PMCC solutions.
• Lead multi-country account coordination across EMEA and global teams.
• Oversee end-to-end sales pipeline, forecasting, and proposals.
• Mentor and share best practices with local account managers.
• Promote adoption of Eaton digital tools with customers.
