Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Data Center Regional Account Manager to drive the sales strategy for assigned data center accounts. This is a home-based role with candidates residing anywhere in the United States. You will lead account plans and coordinate with North American field sales to win profitable business.

You’ll manage multi-functional teams, negotiate contracts, and report on pipeline status while delivering customer value and growth. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of sales, marketing or engineering experience in the electrical industry.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation is offered for this position; US residency required.

Responsibilities

• Own primary relationship management for assigned data center accounts, including C-level interfaces.
• Lead, coordinate and define a unified, action-oriented account plan with cross-functional teams.
• Project manage the account plan and provide status/results reporting monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Provide visibility of the opportunity pipeline in status reports and reviews.
• Lead contract negotiations with understanding of agreements, compliance, risk and commercial solutions.
• Ensure regional/local resources are aligned and engaged to execute the plan.
• Provide voice of customer feedback to product and services leaders; drive CRR activities.
