Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Sales Manager to grow our Data Center and IT Cooling sales across the United States. You will manage strategic accounts, engage C-suite stakeholders, and collaborate with engineering to tailor solutions using Motivar portfolio products.

You will report to the VP of Sales. The role is remote in the U.S., with onsite two days per week near an office if applicable, and travel at least 30% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; engineering degree encouraged.
• 5+ years sales experience supporting large enterprise customers.
• Background in data center infrastructure/HVAC/thermodynamics.
• Proven track record of >30% YoY growth.
• Ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provides overall account management to existing customers within a defined set of strategic accounts.
• Penetrates the customer’s management hierarchy to develop relationships at the highest levels of the organization.
• Identifies client needs and works with the Motivair application engineering group to develop a solution.
• Prospects new customers and expands the customer base.
• Coordinates with Customer Service to investigate and resolve issues.
