Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical assembly project orders meeting specs and timelines.
• Secure and maintain product distribution with effective agreements.
• Coordinate the sales effort within the customer/distributor base and provide technical support.
• Leverage Project Management resources across orders.
• Drive process improvements and new initiatives based on data.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton processes and drive business goals.
• Lead and develop the sales team and distributor channel.
