Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Account Manager for its Data Center segment, a home-based role open to any candidate residing in the United States. The RAM will own relationships with key accounts, lead sales strategy globally, and coordinate with North American field teams and third-party reps to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities include developing account plans, managing the opportunity pipeline, and leading negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of sales, marketing or engineering experience in the electrical industry.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• No relocation is offered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with assigned accounts and liaise with sales, service and support teams.
• Lead, define and execute an action-oriented account plan.
• Project manage account plan execution with regular status reporting.
• Provide visibility to the opportunity pipeline across stakeholders; contribute to status reporting.
• Lead contract negotiations, including review of agreements, risk and commercial terms.
• Ensure regional and local resources are allocated and aligned to the account plan.
• Provide Voice of Customer feedback to product and service leaders; conduct CRR activities for accounts.
