Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Data Center segment. This remote, home-based role supports accounts across the United States and involves developing strategic account plans, coordinating sales and service resources, and driving profitable growth.

You will lead negotiations, manage relationships up to C-level, and collaborate with field sales and third-party reps. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in sales/marketing/engineering in the electrical industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of sales, marketing or engineering experience in the electrical industry.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage account relationships at appropriate decision-making levels including C-suite.
• Lead, coordinate and define a single action-oriented account plan.
• Project manage the execution of the account plan with periodic status reporting.
• Provide visibility to the account’s opportunity pipeline and reporting.
• Lead contract negotiations and understand existing agreements, compliance and risk.
• Ensure resources are aligned and engaged to execute the plan and resolve priority issues.
• Provide voice of customer feedback to product and service leaders; lead CRR activities.
