Job summary

Eaton’s North American Sales division is seeking a Project Manager - Hyperscale for remote work within the United States. You will lead major electrical/datacenter orders, manage technical scope, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will drive sales plans, apply project management methodologies, and mentor a distributed sales team across time zones while maintaining compliance with company processes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years’ electrical industry experience.
• Minimum 2-years’ experience in project management.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical aspects of major electrical assembly project orders meeting customer specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate and secure distribution of products and services with effective agreements.
• Lead the sales effort within the customer/distributor base and provide technical assistance.
• Leverage Project Management team resources across projects.
• Apply sales planning services to internal clients and drive continuous improvement.
