Job summary

Gordian is seeking a Senior Account Manager to provide expert support and training for Job Order Contracting (JOC) products and services to clients in a defined geographic area. You will manage accounts, drive renewals, upsell opportunities and ensure high client satisfaction.

The role is remote with travel required (approximately 50-70%) within the Cook County, Illinois region. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in construction procurement/management are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned account(s) and develop positive working relationships with customers and contractors.
• Serve as subject matter expert of construction contracts, proposals and operations to drive client retention, renewals, upsells and satisfaction.
• Oversee project support including scope development, take-offs, proposal review, and construction management.
• Coordinate with internal teams on contract renewals, schedules, troubleshooting and staff training.
