Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V engagements supporting technology implementation, modernization, and system integration initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities including document reviews, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and operational reviews.
• Assess project governance, management practices, risks, issues, schedules, delivery performance, and readiness.
• Analyze artifacts, metrics, and processes to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop findings, recommendations, and executive-level deliverables.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and leadership with objective insights.
• Support continuous improvement and quality standards across IV&V practice.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to business development and practice growth.
