Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent oversight of complex technology implementation and modernization programs, blending project management with IV&V duties to evaluate governance, controls, risk, and delivery performance.

You will provide objective assessments and executive briefings, coordinate teams and client communications, and mentor junior analysts while driving continuous improvement across the IV&V practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years leading technology implementation, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, PMO oversight, and project assessments.
• Coordinate client communications and executive reporting.
• Manage resource allocation and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with standards and quarterly forecasts.
• Mentor junior analysts and support practice growth.
