Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent oversight, governance, and assessment activities for complex technology programs. The role blends project management with IV&V responsibilities to assess governance, controls, risk, schedule, quality, and delivery effectiveness.

The successful candidate will drive objective assessments, actionable recommendations, and executive-level reporting to clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or independent assessment activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, project management, and program oversight assessments.
• Coordinate team activities and client communications.
• Manage resource allocation and interface for project issues.
• Provide objective, evidence-based insights and executive-level reporting.
• Develop findings, recommendations, and client-facing deliverables.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to practice growth.
