Job summary

Maximus seeks an IV&V Project Manager to lead independent oversight and assessment activities for complex technology programs. The role blends project management with IV&V duties to evaluate governance, controls, risk, schedule, and delivery.

The successful candidate will provide objective assessments, executive reports, and client-facing deliverables, coordinating team activity and stakeholder communications while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience required.
• 2+ years of IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, and independent assessment work.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, project management oversight, and IV&V engagements.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities with stakeholders.
• Develop findings and executive briefings for clients.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to practice growth.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and manage client expectations.
