Job summary

Maximus is seeking an IV&V Project Manager to provide independent governance, assessment, and oversight for complex technology modernization programs. The role combines project management with independent verification and validation to evaluate governance, controls, risk, schedule, quality, and overall delivery.

The successful candidate will lead IV&V engagements, conduct document reviews and stakeholder interviews, and deliver actionable findings and executive briefings to clients and project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading technology implementation, modernization, system integration, or digital transformation initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience performing IV&V, QA/QC, PMO governance, or independent assessment activities.
• Experience evaluating project governance, risks, issues, schedules, and delivery readiness.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IV&V engagements supporting technology implementation and modernization efforts.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute assessment activities including document reviews and stakeholder interviews.
• Develop findings, recommendations, and executive briefings for clients.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to practice growth when opportunities arise.
