Job summary
Customertimes is seeking a senior ITSM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable ITSM solutions. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role including presales and client engagements.
The position involves working with Salesforce Partner Cloud and Experience Cloud to deliver robust service management capabilities. Ideal candidates have 6–10+ years of ITSM experience, hands-on ServiceNow ITSM, and a strong track record in presales, solution design, and partner programs.
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years in IT service management or IT delivery leadership roles.
- Hands-on with ServiceNow ITSM or similar enterprise ITSM platforms.
- Proven track record leading presales engagements and solution design.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end ITSM solution architecture and delivery.
- Design and optimize ITSM processes aligned with ITIL.
- Lead presales engagements and shape client solutions.
- Design and implement partner programs on Salesforce platforms.
- Support adoption and maturity of ITSM capabilities.
