Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect/Administrator to lead a skilled team and drive complex ServiceNow implementations across ITSM domains.

The ideal candidate has 12-15 years IT experience, extensive ServiceNow development, integrations with SOAP/REST, and strong communication to deliver scalable ITIL-aligned solutions.

Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and cloud integrations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' experience supporting ServiceNow implementation/administration/development.
• Total ITSM experience of 12-15 years is desired.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services integrations.
• Administration of ServiceNow instance including workflows, UI policies, ACLs, catalog items, and updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5-7+ technical resources.
• Manage multiple ServiceNow projects from design to deployment.
• Develop and customize core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, ESM).
• Provide escalated support and document technical solutions.
