Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Human Resources team in Boston. You will lead full-life cycle recruiting in information technology, build diverse pipelines, and provide mentoring and strategic TA support to hiring managers and teams.

You will collaborate on TA strategy, partner with compensation and HR, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through offer. This role emphasizes multi-channel outreach and scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years full-life cycle recruiting in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting strategies to find active and passive candidates.
• Knowledge of HR programs, policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Intermediate to advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience leading expectations of high-level partners in HR and business leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Meet with managers to identify personnel needs, job specs, duties, qualifications, and skills; create tailored TA strategies.
• Source and screen candidates through external sources and build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Build pipelines of high-quality candidates for critical roles ahead of postings.
• Lead special TA projects such as systems maintenance or reporting.
• Market Navitus to candidates with the company's mission and value proposition.
• Utilize social media, boards and other channels to raise awareness of Navitus.
• Support managers with interview guides and gain buy-in for their use.
• Contribute to TA strategy development, implementation, and ongoing review.
• Consult with HR and compensation teams on offers to ensure alignment with policies.
• Liaise with vendors and agencies to ensure policy compliance and value.
