Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT systems, including identity, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure. You will build joiner/mover/leaver automations with least-privilege access and govern SaaS integrations to scale security and reliability.

You will collaborate with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams, managing ServiceNow, AWS, MDM, and automation workflows. The role requires strong scripting and remote work discipline.

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate IT with responsibility for identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) supporting internal IT or SaaS.
• ServiceNow administration experience including catalog, workflows, and reporting.
• Experience with an enterprise identity provider (Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable).
• Ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet.
• Scripting and automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar and REST APIs.
• Remote-first with autonomous, proactive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own administration of Cribl's core corporate systems for identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Design joiner/mover/leaver automations and least-privilege access controls.
• Administer AWS accounts and secure networking patterns for IT and SaaS.
• Manage endpoint baselines, patching, and security configurations (MDM like Jamf/Intune).
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with IT & Security.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
