Cribl is a leading B2B SaaS data observability company building telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. The Sr Information Systems Engineer will own the core corporate systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and IT automation, while collaborating with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to scale services like Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, and MDM.

You will be the technical owner for the IT & Security stack, driving joiner/mover/leaver automations, device management, and AI

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate IT with systems admin responsibility across identity, SaaS, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) for internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration: workflows, catalog items, change/incident processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own Cribl's core corporate systems (identity, endpoints, cloud infra, IT automation).
• Admin joiner/mover/leaver automations (Okta Workflows) focusing on least privilege, auditability.
• Manage AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and related infrastructure with secure patterns and monitoring.
• Oversee endpoint management (macOS/Windows) via MDM (Jamf/Intune) incl. provisioning and patching.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, support ITGC/SOX controls.
• Design and maintain automation across IT systems and SaaS integrations (Okta, ServiceNow, Google Workspace).
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agents with proper access controls and runbooks.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents, participate in on-call rotation, contribute to IT metrics.
