Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT systems—identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation. You will ensure secure, scalable operations across a distributed workforce.

Lead initiatives with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams, governing Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and a growing SaaS stack. You will design joiner/mover/leaver workflows, uphold least privilege, and provide Tier 3

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment, balancing project work with on‑call responsibilities.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow administration: workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting.
• Enterprise identity provider experience (Okta strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable) including SSO, lifecycle management, and access policies.
• Endpoint management ownership for macOS and/or Windows in mid-to-large fleets, including baseline configs, software distribution, and patch management.
• Scripting/automation: Python, PowerShell, Bash or similar with REST APIs & JSON familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Own administration of our primary identity provider (Okta or equivalent) and design joiner/mover/leaver automations with least-privilege and auditable processes.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure with secure networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (Jamf, Intune) including zero-touch provisioning, patching, security baselines, and compliance reporting.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security—data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations; partner across teams for ITGC and controls.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations (Okta Workflows, Serval, Zapier) and govern AI tools and MCP-based agents.
• Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms; contribute to IT metrics, fleet reporting, and knowledge base.
