Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT systems, including identity, endpoints, and cloud infra, with a focus on reliability, security, and automation. You will work with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to support scale and compliance.

The role is remote-first and reports to IT Engineering leadership. You will lead joiner/mover/leaver workflows, admin AWS and ServiceNow, and govern AI tools while maintaining strong operations and on-call

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on production AWS administration handling IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or equivalent.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration including workflows, catalog items, change/incident processes.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable).
• Ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management (MDM, patching, baselines).
• Experience with scripting and REST APIs/JSON.
• Comfort working autonomously in a distributed remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of the primary identity provider and joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for internal IT and SaaS platforms including secure networking and monitoring.
• Manage endpoint tooling (MDM) and security baselines across macOS and Windows.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, including data model, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and maintain IT automation workflows across systems and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agents with proper access controls.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
