Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT and security systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will work with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to scale services and maintain least-privilege access with auditable processes.

This remote-first role requires 5+ years in corporate IT, strong AWS and ServiceNow skills, and experience with enterprise identity providers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure.
• Hands-on, production experience with AWS IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar.
• Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or a similar enterprise ITSM platform.
• Direct experience with at least one enterprise identity provider (Okta preferred).
• Ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Cribl's core corporate systems including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Manage AWS accounts for internal IT, VPN, and infrastructure with secure networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Oversee endpoint management via MDM (Jamf/Intune) including zero-touch provisioning and security baselines.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security; support ITGC and SOX controls.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with proper access controls.
