Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own the core corporate systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to scale services like Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and a growing SaaS stack.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and employee experience with a remote-first approach. You will report to IT Engineering leadership and participate in on-call rotations.

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in cloud-first environments.
• Hands-on, production AWS experience (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS)
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration (workflows, catalog items, changes)
• Enterprise identity provider experience (Okta; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable)
• Ownership of macOS and Windows endpoint management in mid-to-large fleets
• Scripting with Python, PowerShell, Bash; comfortable with REST APIs/JSON

Responsabilidades

• Own Cribl's core IT systems health: identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and IT automation.
• Lead AWS accounts for internal IT, VPN, and supporting infra with secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Manage endpoint baselines, patching, and security configurations via MDM (Jamf, Intune).
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security: data model, catalog, SLAs, integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (Okta Workflows, Zapier, APIs).
• Govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with clear docs and runbooks.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents and participate in on-call rotation.
• Contribute to IT metrics, fleet reporting, and knowledge base content.
