Cribl is a remote-first company building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. We are seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core corporate systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.

You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design and run services such as Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and growing SAS integrations. Join a fast-moving, globally distributed team that values reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on, production experience with AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar, basic networking) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or a similar enterprise ITSM platform, including workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Cribl's core corporate systems including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Design joiner/mover/leaver automations and ensure least privilege, auditability, and contractor/elevated-access workflows.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure with secure networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Drive endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (Jamf, Intune) with zero-touch provisioning and security baselines.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security with data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
