Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own the core corporate IT systems, including identity, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure. You will drive automation initiatives, partner with Security and People teams, and ensure secure, scalable operations across a remote‑first, distributed environment.

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems admin responsibility across identity, SaaS and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration experience (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS).
• Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.

Responsabilidades

• Own the core corporate systems reliability, identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Design joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditable workflows.
• Administer AWS accounts for internal IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage endpoint systems (macOS/Windows) via MDM with zero‑touch provisioning and patching.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security including data model, workflows, and SLAs.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows using Okta Workflows, Script APIs, and SaaS integrations.
• Govern AI tools and MCP frameworks with clear documentation and runbooks.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
