Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems—from identity and endpoints to AWS infrastructure and IT automation. You’ll partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design scalable services and enforce least-privilege policies across a growing tech stack.

Reporting to IT Engineering leadership, you’ll act as a senior escalation point, drive automation, and help govern AI tools while

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT with systems administration responsibilities.
• Hands-on AWS administration for internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow administration experience.
• Enterprise identity provider experience (Okta / Azure AD).
• Endpoint management for macOS and Windows.
• Scripting with Python/PowerShell/Bash and REST APIs.
• Able to work autonomously in a remote-first, distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Own identity, access, and lifecycle tooling with least privilege.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT and security logging.
• Manage macOS/Windows endpoints via MDM (Jamf/Intune).
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security and SOX controls.
• Design automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation and participate in on-call rotation.
