Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core corporate systems—identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation—at scale.

In this role you will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design and run services such as Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and a growing stack of SaaS integrations and AI-powered workflows, while prioritizing reliability and security.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with responsibilities across identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration for IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Own administration of Cribl's core corporate systems including identity, endpoints, and IT automation.
• Design joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for internal IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage macOS and Windows endpoints via MDM with zero-touch provisioning and patching.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, including data model and workflows.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks.
