Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems—identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation. You’ll lead joiner/mover/leaver automations, manage AWS resources, and administer ServiceNow to support IT and Security operations at scale.

You will collaborate with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to harden endpoints, govern SaaS integrations, and drive MCP tool governance.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration for internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration including workflows, catalog items, and change processes.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable).
• Ownership of macOS/Windows endpoint management and patch baselines.
• Scripting experience (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and REST API familiarity.
• Comfort working in a remote-first, distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own Cribl's core corporate IT systems: identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Design joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and infrastructure.
• Manage endpoint provisioning, baselines, and compliance reporting (MDM).
• Serve as ServiceNow admin for IT & Security, including data model, catalog, and SLAs.
• Develop automation workflows across Okta, Workflows, Zapier, and APIs; maintain SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks in partnership with IT and Security.
• Participate in on-call rotation and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
