Cribl is hiring a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT systems, focusing on identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will work across Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design scalable, secure services and workflows that power a fast-growing, remote-first company.

You will lead joiner/mover/leaver automations, manage DevOps-style governance, and ensure least privilege across a mid-to-large fleet.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS).
• ServiceNow administration including catalogs, workflows, and reporting.
• Enterprise identity provider experience with SSO and lifecycle management, Okta preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of the primary identity provider (Okta or equivalent) and joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure with secure patterns.
• Own endpoint management for macOS/Windows via MDM (Jamf/Intune) including patching and baselines.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, supporting ITGC and change management.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations.
• Govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with proper access controls and runbooks.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents and participate in IT on-call rotations.
