Cribl, a remote-first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation. You will work with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design and run services at scale, from Okta to ServiceNow and beyond.

You will lead joiner/mover/leaver automations, enforce security baselines, and govern AI tools within a fast-moving, distributed environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) production experience supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow administration with workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting.
• Enterprise identity provider experience with Okta or Azure AD/Entra ID; including SSO, lifecycle management, and access policies.
• Endpoint management ownership for macOS and/or Windows including baseline configs, software distribution, and patch management.
• Scripting and automation with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar; REST APIs and JSON.
• Remote-first operator: ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving distributed environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own Cribl's core corporate systems including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Design and run services Cribl depends on at scale: Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and SaaS integrations.
• Build joiner/mover/leaver automations and endpoint baselines; govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms; participate in IT on-call.
• Collaborate with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams; contribute to IT metrics and fleet reporting.
