Cribl, a leading B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems, including identity, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure. You will design joiner/mover/leaver automations, govern SaaS integrations, and drive IT automation at scale for a remote-first, fast-moving org.

You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to ensure least-privilege access, SOC/ITGC controls, and reliable operations, while supporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) for internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Experience administering ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
• Direct production experience with an enterprise IdP (Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable).
• Ownership of macOS/Windows endpoint management including baselines, patching, and reporting.
• Experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash) and REST APIs/JSON.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote-first, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Cribl's core IT systems: identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and IT automation.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across identity, SaaS apps, and IT services.
• Administer AWS accounts, including secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Manage endpoint security baselines and MDM configurations (Jamf/Intune).
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security processes and data models.
• Govern AI tools and MCP frameworks with clear runbooks and access controls.
• Provide Tier 3 incident escalation and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
