Cribl, a remote‑first B2B SaaS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own the core corporate systems—from identity and endpoints to cloud infrastructure and IT automation. You will shape security, reliability, and efficiency across the IT stack and partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams.

You’ll manage Okta/SSO workflows, AWS configurations, MDM tooling, and ServiceNow administration, while building scalable automation and AI tool

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud‑first environment.
• Hands‑on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands‑on ServiceNow administration, including workflows, catalog items, and reporting.
• Enterprise identity provider experience with SSO, lifecycle management, and access policies.
• Ownership of macOS and Windows endpoint management including baseline configs and patch management.
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST APIs.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Cribl's core IT systems: identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Lead joiner/mover/leaver automations and ensure least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts and secure network patterns, logging, and monitoring.
• Manage endpoint tools (Jamf/Intune) and enforce security baselines.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, with data models, workflows, and SLAs.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across Okta, ServiceNow, and SaaS integrations.
• Govern AI tools and MCP frameworks with clear runbooks and access controls.
• Provide Tier 3 on‑call support and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
