Job summary

Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT systems—identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and IT automation—ensuring reliability, security, and scalability at scale.

You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design and run services like Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and SaaS integrations, while supporting ITGC and SOX controls. This role offers high impact across a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with significant responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on, production experience with AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or a similar enterprise ITSM platform, including workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting.
• Direct, production experience with at least one enterprise identity provider (Okta strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID or similar acceptable) including SSO, lifecycle management, and access policies.
• Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management in a mid-to-large fleet, including baseline configs, software distribution, and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Cribl's core corporate systems, keeping identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation healthy, secure, and scalable.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure with secure networking patterns, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM (Jamf, Intune) including zero-touch provisioning and security baselines.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, including data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (Okta Workflows, Serval, Zapier, PowerShell/Python, APIs) and oversee SaaS integrations.
