Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core IT systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to scale services like Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and various SaaS integrations.

You'll design and run secure, scalable, and automated workflows, govern AI tools, and support IT operations with on-call escalation and example-driven runbooks.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in corporate IT roles with identity, SaaS, or infrastructure focus.
• Hands-on AWS administration including IAM, VPCs, and networking.
• Experience administering ServiceNow and enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own administration of core IT systems incl. identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and automation.
• Manage AWS accounts, secure networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting for IT resources.
• Oversee endpoint management (macOS/Windows) via MDM (Jamf/Intune) with baseline security.
• Serve as ServiceNow admin for IT/Security data models, catalogs, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design automation workflows across Okta, ServiceNow, and SaaS integrations.
• Govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with proper access controls.
• Act as Tier 3 escalation, contribute to on-call rotations and fleet reporting.
