Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own Cribl's core corporate IT systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You will collaborate with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to scale services like Okta, AWS, and MDM while maintaining reliability and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration including IAM, VPCs, EC2 or similar, basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Cribl's identity provider and joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure with secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Own endpoint management for macOS and Windows via MDM with zero-touch provisioning and patch management.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, manage data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations (Okta Workflows, Zapier, APIs).
• Evaluate, configure and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks in partnership with IT and Security.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms.
