Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems—from identity and endpoints to cloud infrastructure and IT automation. This high-ownership role emphasizes reliability, security, and employee experience.

You’ll manage Okta/SSO, AWS accounts, MDM, ServiceNow, and automation tooling while collaborating with Security, Finance, and Compliance. The position is remote-first with flexible hours across time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on AWS (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• ServiceNow administration including workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable) including SSO and access policies.
• Endpoint management ownership for macOS and/or Windows (MDM, baseline configs, patching).
• Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST APIs/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of our primary identity provider and joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infrastructure with secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Manage endpoint provisioning and security baselines across macOS and Windows via MDM.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security; manage data models, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain IT automation workflows across systems and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and agent frameworks in partnership with IT and Security.
• Be Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms; contribute to IT metrics.
