Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own the core IT systems that power our remote-first company. You will manage identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation at scale, partnering with Security and People teams to ensure security and reliability.

You will lead administration across Okta/SSO, AWS, ServiceNow, and endpoint solutions, while building automation with REST APIs and scripting. This role offers autonomy across time zones in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on, production AWS experience (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS or similar).
• Hands-on administration of ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM platform, including workflows and catalog items.
• Direct production experience with at least one enterprise identity provider (Okta strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable).
• Ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management including baseline configs and patch management.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST APIs/JSON.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, distributed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of Cribl's core corporate systems: identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infra with secure networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Maintain endpoint management via MDM (Jamf/Intune) including zero-touch provisioning and security baselines.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security, supporting ITGC, SOX controls, and change management.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems (Okta Workflows, Zapier, APIs) and manage SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with proper access controls and runbooks.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support, contribute to IT metrics, and participate in on-call rotations.
