Cribl is a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability leader partnering with IT and Security teams across large enterprises. The Sr Information Systems Engineer will own core corporate systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation, ensuring secure, scalable operations at scale.

You will work with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to design and run services like Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and SaaS integrations, while contributing to MCP

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT with identity, SaaS and/or cloud infra responsibilities.
• AWS administration with IAM, VPCs and basic networking.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration and ITSM workflow config.
• Production experience with an enterprise identity provider (Okta preferred).
• Ownership of macOS/Windows endpoint management and security baselines.
• Experience scripting in Python/PowerShell and REST/JSON tooling.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a remote, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Cribl's core corporate systems including identity, endpoints, cloud infra and automation.
• Manage Okta/identity automations and SSO lifecycle with least-privilege controls.
• Admin AWS accounts, networking patterns, logging and monitoring for IT ops.
• Lead MDM for macOS/Windows and enforce security baselines and patching.
• Serve as ServiceNow admin for IT & Security, manage data models, catalogs, SLAs.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integratons.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP frameworks with clear docs and runbooks.
• Provide Tier 3 on-call escalation and contribute to IT metrics and KBs.
