Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own the core IT systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and automation. You’ll collaborate with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to scale services like Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and broader SaaS integrations across a remote‑first company.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and employee experience, reporting to IT Engineering leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) for internal IT or SaaS.
• Experience administering ServiceNow with workflows, catalog items, change/incident processes, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation for Cribl’s core systems.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and infrastructure with secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Manage endpoint systems (macOS/Windows) via MDM (Jamf/Intune) including zero-touch provisioning and baseline security.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow admin for IT & Security including data model, catalogs, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation across IT systems (Okta Workflows, Zapier, PowerShell/Python) and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks in partnership with IT and Security.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms.
