Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate IT systems, including identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automation. You’ll partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to run services like Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, and MDM at scale in a remote-first environment.

You’ll design joiner/mover/leaver automations, enforce least privilege, and contribute to ITGC controls, SOX, and compliance while mentoring peers and handling Tier 3 escalation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) for internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration including workflows, catalog, changes.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers: Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable, including SSO and access policies.
• Ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management with baseline configs and patch management.
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own administration of core corporate IT systems including identity and lifecycle automations.
• Administer AWS accounts for internal IT, VPN, logging, monitoring and security.
• Manage endpoint configurations via MDM (Jamf/Intune) with zero-touch provisioning and patching.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security; manage data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agents in partnership with IT & Security.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for complex incidents and contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
