Cribl, the AI-era telemetry company, seeks Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core corporate systems, identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and IT automation. You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications, and People teams to manage Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and growing SaaS integrations.

This remote-first role reports to IT Engineering, requires 5+ years corporate IT, AWS admin, ServiceNow, enterprise identity, endpoint management, scripting; occasional after-hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with responsibility for systems administration across identity, SaaS, and/or infrastructure in a cloud-first environment.
• Hands-on AWS administration (IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS) supporting internal IT or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on ServiceNow administration, including workflow configuration, catalog items, change/incident processes, and basic reporting.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta strongly preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID or similar) including SSO and access policies.
• Ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management with baseline configs, software distribution, and patch management.
• Scripting and automation experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and REST APIs/JSON.

Responsibilities

• Own Cribl's core corporate systems identity, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and IT automation.
• Design joiner/mover/leaver automations with least privilege and auditability.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Manage endpoint management via MDM (Jamf, Intune) with zero-touch provisioning, patch management, security baselines, reporting.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security—data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows using Okta Workflows, Serval, Zapier, PowerShell/Python, APIs; integrate Okta, ServiceNow, Google Workspace, Slack, Azure/AWS.
• Evaluate and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks in partnership with IT and Security.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, core platforms; participate in on-call rotation.
