Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core IT services, from identity and access to endpoints, cloud infrastructure, and automations that keep the company running securely and efficiently.

You will partner with Security, Enterprise Applications and People teams to design and operate Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and a growing stack of SaaS integrations and AI-powered workflows. This is a remote-first role with high ownership and escalation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems administration across identity, SaaS, and infrastructure.
• Hands-on AWS administration with IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS and governance.
• Experience with ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM workflows.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred; Azure AD/Entra ID acceptable).
• Endpoint management for macOS/Windows; baseline configs and patch management.

Responsibilities

• Own admin of identity provider (Okta) and design joiner/mover/leaver automations.
• Administer AWS accounts for IT and infrastructure, including secure networking, logging, and monitoring.
• Lead endpoint management via MDM (Jamf/Intune) with zero-touch provisioning and security baselines.
• Serve as ServiceNow administrator for IT & Security and manage data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations; act as SME for SaaS integrations.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation for incidents across identity, MDM, ServiceNow, and core platforms; contribute to IT metrics and knowledge base.
