Cribl, a remote-first B2B SAAS data observability company, seeks a Sr Information Systems Engineer to own core IT systems, including identity, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure. You will design joiner/mover/leaver automations and govern SIEM-like tools while ensuring security and reliability at scale.

You will collaborate across Security, People, and Enterprise teams to deploy and manage Okta, AWS, ServiceNow, MDM, and growing SaaS integrations, enabling safe automation and robust IT

Qualificações

• 5+ years in corporate IT roles with systems admin across identity, SaaS or infrastructure.
• AWS administration experience: IAM, VPCs, EC2/ECS in production.
• ServiceNow admin experience with workflows, catalog, changes.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers (Okta preferred; Azure AD acceptable).
• Ownership of macOS and Windows endpoint management, baseline configs, patching.
• Scripting in Python/PowerShell/Bash and REST APIs.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed, remote-first setup.

Responsabilidades

• Own administration of Cribl's core IT systems: identity, endpoints, cloud infra, and IT automation.
• Administer AWS accounts for corporate IT, VPN, and supporting infra with secure networking, logging, monitoring, and alerting.
• Own endpoint management via MDM (e.g., Jamf, Intune) including provisioning and security baselines.
• Serve as primary ServiceNow admin for IT & Security: data model, catalog, workflows, SLAs, and integrations.
• Design and maintain automation workflows across IT systems and SaaS integrations.
• Evaluate, configure, and govern AI tools and MCP-based agent frameworks with IT and Security.
• Serve as Tier 3 escalation for incidents and participate in on-call rotations.
