Job summary

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Senior BT Technician to join our Raleigh, NC office. The role focuses on providing service desk and desktop support as part of technology project teams.

You will work on hardware/software requests, maintain supplies, and assist the Systems Administrator, Developer, and Database Administrator, with strong emphasis on cross-office communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Technology or equivalent higher education in Information Technology.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Provide service desk and desktop support.
• Work on project teams to resolve complex service desk projects.
• Fill hardware and software requests.
• Check out requested hardware.
• Maintain computer related supplies.
• Perform system maintenance and administrative tasks.
• Provide support to the Systems Administrator, Developer and/or Database Administrator.
• Communicate with office personnel to resolve Service Desk tickets and complex projects.
