Freese and Nichols, Inc. is seeking a Senior BT Technician to join our Raleigh, NC office. You will provide service desk and desktop support while contributing as a key member of technology project teams.

You will fill hardware and software requests, check out requested hardware, and perform system maintenance and administrative tasks. You will collaborate with the Systems Administrator, Developer and Database Administrator and communicate with office personnel to resolve complex service desk

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Technology or equivalent higher education in Information Technology
• Formal IT education at least high school diploma or higher

Responsabilités

• Provide service desk and desktop support
• Work on project teams to resolve complex service desk projects
• Fill hardware and software requests
• Check out requested hardware
• Maintain computer related supplies
• Perform system maintenance and administrative tasks
• Provide support to the Systems Administrator, Developer and/or Database Administrator
• Communicate with office personnel to resolve service desk tickets
