Job summary

GoTo in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Executive for IT Support Products (SaaS). You will own a territory, manage existing customers and opportunities, and drive quota attainment in a remote US role.

You will build net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR, expand and renew accounts, collaborate with Sales Engineering, legal, product, and partners, and use Salesforce to forecast and close deals. GoTo offers comprehensive health benefits, generous PTO, and learning programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs.
• Self-motivated with proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for on-sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Territory ownership: manage assigned territory and quota progress.
• Expansion and renewals: upsell, upgrade, and protect revenue with Renewals team.
• New business: build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR.
• Collaboration: involve Sales Eng, legal, product, and partners.
• Partner selling: work with resellers and strategic partners.
• Sales discipline: forecast accurately and keep Salesforce up-to-date.
