GoTo in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Executive, IT Support Products (SaaS) to own a territory, expand existing accounts, and build net-new pipeline with a dedicated BDR. You’ll engage with customers to uncover needs and drive revenue growth across strategic accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, product, legal, and contract teams, and may travel occasionally for customer on-sites and partner events. Salesforce is central to forecasting and pipeline management.

Formación

• 3+ years of sales experience in B2B SaaS.
• Proven ability to prospect and uncover customer needs through consultative discovery.
• Self-motivated with clear, proactive communication across internal teams and timely follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Territory ownership: take over an assigned territory and manage toward quota.
• Expansion and renewals: upsell existing accounts and protect revenue with Renewals team.
• New business: build net-new pipeline with dedicated BDR and outbound prospecting rhythm.
• Collaboration: involve Sales Engineering, project managers, product, legal and contracts, and Regional Partner Managers.
• Partner selling: work with resellers and strategic partners to source and close business.
• Sales discipline: plan, qualify, forecast, and keep Salesforce current.
