Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst I to be based on-site at our Stennis facility. This role supports on-site IT infrastructure, including clients, servers, and network, while partnering with Infrastructure and Launch teams to ensure mission-critical systems stay up.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in IT support, strong ITIL/process experience, and hands-on skills across Windows, Linux, AD, networks, and scripting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, systems or infrastructure with a STEM degree or equivalent.
• Familiar with ITIL, Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration management.
• Experience across Windows/Linux, networking, AD and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT service delivery and support at the Stennis facility.
• Diagnose and resolve complex IT issues and create runbooks.
• Support Launch and Mission Operations during launches.
• Own medium-to-large IT projects end-to-end.
• Travel domestically/internationally as needed and may work various shifts.
