Job summary

Rocket Lab is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst I to be the on-site IT lead at the Wallops Island LC2 facility. You will own the day-to-day delivery of IT services, manage on-site infrastructure, and provide support to Launch Operations with autonomy while aligning with the wider IT team.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support or infrastructure, ITIL familiarity, strong problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or infrastructure roles.
• Familiarity with ITIL and formal Change/Incident/Problem/Configuration management.
• Ability to own medium to complex IT projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT service delivery and on-site support.
• Manage on-site IT infrastructure including clients, servers, and network.
• Support Launch Operations during critical periods and participate in on-call rotations.
