Job summary

Coforge is hiring an Information Technology Support Engineer in Augusta, GA to deliver L2 end-user support in a fast-paced call center environment. The role focuses on system imaging, OS deployment, software installation, and proactive device administration to keep users productive.

The candidate will manage onboarding/offboarding, handle Microsoft 365 services, monitor assets, and resolve LAN/Wi‑Fi and basic network issues. 5–7+ years of experience and onsite availability are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years IT support experience.
• Willingness to travel for training (Princeton, NJ) for one week.
• Experience with Windows OS deployment and system imaging.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 end-user support in a call center environment.
• Perform system imaging, OS deployment, and software installation.
• Install and troubleshoot desktops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and O365 configuration.
• Handle software updates, patches, and asset management.
• Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi and basic network issues.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware support and procurement.
