Job summary

Eastern is hiring an IT Support Technician to be the face of IT at their Georgia office. You will be responsible for managing IT support requests for over 200 users, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with the CMMC Level 2 program.

This role requires 2-4 years of IT support experience, solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, and experience with Active Directory. The position offers a competitive salary between $65,000 and $75,000, along with health insurance and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a business environment.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID or Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for IT support requests.
• Resolve Tier 1 issues directly, such as password resets.
• Handle Tier 2 work independently, including device policy adjustments.
